Maserati Presents Its New and Improved Driving Courses for 2016

Maserati has added two new courses to its Master Maserati programs for 2016. These courses are used to teach how to handle a Maserati in all situations.

One is a SnowMaster Experience. It is located 70 km away from the Arctic Circle, in Arjeplog, and will be used to teach drivers how to drive in extreme conditions.

The second new course is the Master Premium course which is used to teach GT driving techniques. Classes will be taught by specially trained instructors and will include in-depth telemetry analysis and exercises in oversteer control.

With the so-called Master Warm Up, you enter in the Maserati world as a guest. The Master High Performance is specifically designed for more skilled drivers, who will be taught GT driving techniques in high-performance cars and at a very high standard. The list continues with Master Italian Lifestyle Experience, where you can find out and experience the most interesting features of Italian culture and fine living. Last but not least, the company also offers the classic Master GT1 Day.

I see they took a page out of BMW's approach which is always a good thing to do. Maserati Levante will be the most exciting to see being put through this.

Just to see how it actually performs. Will it be capable with off-roading? Can it hold its own on the track? I'm just curious to see how it turns out.

Prices aren't too bad either, especially if you go with someone else.

PRICES: COURSE WITH ACCOMMODATION

Driver: € 5.950. The price includes all activities described in the programme, including accommodation package: breakfasts, lunches, dinners, transfer from airport to hotel etc.

Companion: € 865. The price includes all activities described in the programme, including accommodation in double room with driver, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, transfer from airport to hotel etc.

Not quite sure why there was a picture of snow dogs on the SnowMaster Experience page, maybe guests will have a complimentary dog sled run.

Thought it would be in the middle of nowhere when they said Arctic Cricle but Arjeplog is in Sweden.

If Maserati already has the course, then it's not too big of a stretch for them to test the Alfieri on it along with the other models already on their lineup.
Will be interesting to see the kind of people who actually partakes in this course. Most I assume will be experienced track drivers who just wants to drive on an icy track.

Even regular Maserati owners should be able to take part in it.

Although it would better if they can hold these more local.

Anyone who can pay for it can test out the track but I'm not experienced to slide around on snow and ice.

They might even use the dog sled to get people to and from the event, would be a cool experience, beats just being in a car.
