Never liked the roof line of them, particularly towards the rear. For that reason the Mercedes S-Class coupe was the alternative. Hence why I mentioned Convertible But now with this new design direction Maserati might find me returning. picture of roof line:

The GranTurismo actually looks really nice in a convertible setup too though. All the lines work out beautifully.

As much as I would want the convertible i'm starting to think that it will look better as a coupe. Overall Maserati's design language seems to favor coupes over convertibles. SL is a good example of what I think looks good as one:

I'm looking forward to the Alfieri since I like the typical things Maserati has going on except i want something much more nimble then the GT, Alfieri seems to provide that missing link. I might just wait for the alfieri to be launch with more reviews on it, before I make my final decision on what I want to get, Alfieri is nice, it has that aggressive front exterior appearance and the rims are super nice! |

What exactly about the two are you debating? GT comes as a coupe or convertible and the Alfieri isn't out yet, we don't know if it will be offered as both a coupe and convertible but there is of course a high chance it will follow the path the GT did. I'm looking forward to the Alfieri since I like the typical things Maserati has going on except i want something much more nimble then the GT, Alfieri seems to provide that missing link. |
