BlackGold Well, not entirely. Porsche is a sportier brand, Maserati, not so much. There are different expectations from the both of them.

Neptune It has all the potential. If Porsche can do it then Maserati can. It really could be the thing to catapult the Maserati brand. I am hopeful.

Basically they want what they get in sedans, coupes and even sports cars into CUV's. So much has changed since the 90's.
I think BMW was one of the first with a sporty SUV... the X5 4.8is

BlackGold It definitely doesn't, they're still sticking to being performance leaders in the class, keeping the Porsche performance DNA throughout.

Neptune I'm just saying that adding an SUV to a really sporty brand doesn't really make the brand less sporty. It diversifies the brand, but I don't think that poisons the pith of what the company was to begin with.
